For our facility in Como, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic growing team.
Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate and be responsible of the supply chain team, providing goals and operational priorities.
Analyze and understand ongoing projects, translating requirements into concrete actions.
Source, select, and manage strategic suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines.
Manage and optimize BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Plan procurement and production, monitoring KPIs and deadlines.
Visit suppliers to verify production capacity, progress, and compliance with standards.
Interface with internal teams (+ departments), supporting their organization and giving directives.
Contribute to the development of efficient supply chain processes and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar
5+ years of experience in supply chain / procurement, preferably in medical or regulated environments.
Experience managing BOMs and materials planning.
Experience in coordinating people or teams.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Availability for business trips to suppliers.
