The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with high fluency in Spanish and English. This position offers a great career opportunity within a company that values its people and supports career growth.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate new business by following up on leads and identifying new leads, networks of affiliates, and business introducers.Convert leads into actual clients with the deposit of funds and start of trading.Develop, manage, and maintain excellent relationships with clients for the long term.Meet targets for daily/weekly sales calls and conversions to active clients.Collaborate with the Retention team to ensure proper client onboarding and support long-term retention.Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and compliance standards, ensuring fair, clear, and non-misleading communication.Stay updated on regulatory requirements for investment services and client communications.Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and online chat to provide high-quality service.Assist clients with technical and onboarding inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.Maintain knowledge of the Company’s products, trading platforms, and policies; provide feedback for business growth.CANDIDATE PROFILEDegree in Finance, Mathematics, or relevant field.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.Additional languages are advantageous.Good knowledge of financial markets regulation.Computer literacy and system proficiency.Excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially via telephone.Ability to build strong relationships, self-motivated, target-oriented, competitive, and a team player.This role requires working evening shifts (15:00 – 12:00 CY Time).
