Sentra Energia SpA, a direct provider of electricity and gas, along with a wide range of additional services such as the Multichannel Electronic Payment Platform, is expanding its partner network across the national territory. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee the affiliation process and manage new points of sale (Shop in Shop).
The selected candidate will manage partner affiliation processes and develop commercial strategies to increase business opportunities, expand the client portfolio, and retain existing clients. This role is crucial for the success of delegated commercial operations and for coordinating sales activities in synergy with other company departments.
Responsibilities:

Develop and manage new points of sale (Shop in Shop) at locations such as bars, tobacconists, CAFs, private post offices, real estate agencies, mobile phone centers, and service centers.
Plan effective commercial strategies
Train and motivate the sales team
Achieve challenging targets

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in managing points of sale in the Energy or Telecommunications sector
• Leadership and excellent communication skills
• Results and customer-oriented mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability
