If you are passionate about providing strategic legal guidance and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced sector, we want to hear from you!MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDraft, review, negotiate, and advise on various legal documents, including commercial, distribution, safety, manufacturing, IT/software, labour, and marketing agreements.Provide proactive legal guidance on regulatory and compliance matters to ensure adherence to all legal, statutory, and contractual obligations.Manage and support the company’s trademark and patent portfolio in collaboration with external IP agents, ensuring intellectual property protection.Maintain the contracts management system for accessibility, organization, and compliance.Assist in M&A activities, including due diligence, disclosure, and drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements.Handle and resolve contractual disputes efficiently and effectively.Draft and negotiate commercial agreements vital to business operations and strategic partnerships.CANDIDATE PROFILE5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, either in-house or at a law firm specializing in pharmaceuticals (preferred).Experience with corporate & commercial contracts, IP, compliance, dispute resolution, and data protection.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.COMPANY BENEFITSCompetitive Annual Salary13th SalaryProvident FundCareer Development OpportunitiesPositive & Supportive Working EnvironmentDue to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
