The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role with high fluency in Spanish & English. If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience, then this Nicosia-based Spanish Sales & Retention Executive position could be a great career move, joining a company that values its people and offers growth opportunities.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate new business by following up on leads and identifying new leads and networks of affiliates and business introducers.Convert leads into actual clients of the company with the deposit of funds and the commencement of trading.Develop, manage, and maintain excellent relationships with clients for the long term.Adhere to the company’s targets for daily/weekly sales calls to prospective clients and conversions of prospects to active clients.Work closely with the Retention team to ensure proper introduction of new clients and support in their long-term retention.Strict adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct and compliance standards for all sales and communication to clients, ensuring fairness, clarity, and non-misleading information.Keep updated with regulatory requirements for investment services and client communications.Communicate regularly with prospective and actual clients via phone, email, and online chat, providing high-quality service.Assist clients with inquiries on technical and onboarding matters, following up to ensure satisfaction.Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products, platforms, and terms, providing feedback for business growth.CANDIDATE PROFILEDegree in Finance, Mathematics, or relevant field.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.Additional languages are advantageous.Good knowledge of financial markets regulation.Computer literacy and system proficiency.Excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially via telephone.Ability to build relationships, self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.This position requires working evening shifts (15:00 – 12:00 CY Time).
