Pollini, established in 1953 in San Mauro Pascoli, is a renowned brand in footwear and accessories, now part of the AEFFE FASHION GROUP since 2001. We are seeking a Sales Assistant for our outlet at Sicilia Outlet Village in Agira (EN), for a part-time 18h position, initially offered as a maternity replacement. The role involves assisting customers and managing store operations.
Main Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and providing assisted sales;
Supporting warehouse activities, receiving merchandise, and managing product assortment and restocking;
Handling returns;
Visual merchandising and store displays.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in full look (outlet or full price) stores. Previous experience in footwear retail is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, result-oriented attitude, passion for fashion, flexibility, punctuality, determination, and customer focus are essential. Fluency in English is required.
Location: Agira (EN).Schedule: Part-time 18h.
