Social network you want to login / join with :Create, optimise, and manage the development of paid media accounts (Paid Search, Shopping and Paid Social) delivering against performance, return on investment, and revenue targets. Supporting a Paid Media Manager (PMM) or Paid Media Performance Director (PMPD) in the development of Paid Media Executives, working with Client Services to drive the strategy and activation across retail accounts.Role & responsibilityCampaign Setup & SupportSupport the setup of paid media campaigns, primarily across Google and Meta.Conduct keyword and audience research to inform campaign targeting.Draft and upload ad copy and assets, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives.Carry out day-to-day checks, including budget pacing, campaign performance and audience / placement review.Assist with A / B testing of ad formats, copy, audiences and landing pages.Compile performance data and help prepare monthly and quarterly client reports.Maintain client-facing trackers including roadmaps, WIPs, and test logs.Work closely with Paid Media Managers and Analysts to implement optimisation recommendations.Collaborate with the wider team to stay aligned with campaign strategy, audience insights and creative direction.Join client meetings as needed to provide performance updates and support discussion.Desired behavioursYou’ll have an innate curiosity and a willingness to share ideas, thoughts, and insights with your team and the businessYou’ll be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and proactiveA respect for others’ point of viewYou’ll possess excellent communication skills and work well with different departments across the businessYou’ll be data-driven and analytical with a keen eye for attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and proceduresHands on on experience with Google Ads and social platforms, with demonstratable expertise managing campaigns across Search, Shopping and Social channels.Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and skillsPrevious experience in a similar role (Agency or client-side)Self-motivated, results-driven, and analytical individualStrong organisation and excellent copywriting skillsHave the ability to multitask and work well with a team, as well as being able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routineA confident and clear communicator, both in person and via other mediums, able to quickly build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCreative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and challenge the status quoWhat you’ll getOur people make us who we are, so to make sure we attract and retain the best and brightest in the industry, we offer an attractive benefits package.
