The role focuses on market access of gene therapies for rare diseases, including strategic planning, health economics, pricing, and reimbursement.You will report to the head of public affairs and market access, supporting him in defining price and reimbursement strategies and in preparing P&R dossiers.WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport the development and implementation of the optimal pricing & access strategy for Fondazione Telethon's gene therapy products for ultra-rare diseases.Manage the preparation of P&R dossiers.Contribute to defining health economic, HTA, outcomes, and RWE research studies to support the clinical and economic value of medicines.WHAT YOU’LL NEEDUniversity degree in Scientific, Economics, Political Science, or Management.Previous experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical/biotech companies or consultancy firms.PhD, MBA, or post-degree in Health Economics/HTA is preferred.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Knowledge of HTA and P&R procedures.Strong analytical, digital, and communication skills.Ability to research, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely.Good command of written and spoken English.WHAT WE OFFERWork contract: CCNL COMMERCIO, full-time.Place of work: Milan, with smartworking options.Salary: RAL based on experience.Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Fondazione FT.
