We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job Description :Enfinity is looking for a Legal Counsel specialized in Construction to be a key member of the European legal team. This Legal Counsel will provide advice on legal matters related to Enfinity’s construction activities in Europe (Spain, Italy, UK) and will work closely with contractors and construction companies.Key Responsibilities :Assist on technical contract matters for construction, operation, revamping, project development, engineering, asset management, and security contracts.Draft and negotiate EPC agreements, guarantees, ancillary documentation, services development agreements, JV and co-development agreements, O&M agreements, supply agreements, management, and services agreements.Analyze applicable laws related to contracts and draft legal opinions.Define standard contracts throughout the project lifecycle (development, construction, asset management).Review and negotiate various technical and commercial contracts; support different functions with legal assistance.Assess key legal risks in company activities and propose mitigation strategies.Engage with external parties such as regulators, counsel, clients, suppliers, and financiers.Required Skills :Minimum of 7 years of experience in the energy sector, either as internal or external counsel.Experience working internationally on multiple energy projects.Strong understanding of business operations with financial acumen.High professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.Flexibility, teamwork skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.Joining Enfinity Global offers a dynamic, multinational environment in a highly impactful industry.
