Main Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in all the company’s legal operations, including Cyprus and UK Real Estate investments, Cyprus fund management, and UK financing operations.
Engage with other teams within the company and provide legal advice to support the strategic goals of the company and group.
Assist with reporting obligations of an investment firm and related matters.
Assist in undertaking due diligence for real estate transactions.
Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
Provide operational legal advice and support to management and employees on various topics.
Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts.
Support the Head of Legal with daily legal department operations, including staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Candidate Profile

3-4 years of post-qualification experience.
Excellent academic background.
Experience advising on commercial contracts with strong drafting and analytical skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Well-organized, capable of working autonomously and in a team.
Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.
Motivated, eager to learn and develop new skills.
Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Experience in Credit financing and UK Real Estate is an advantage.
CySEC Advanced Examination holder is an advantage.
Fluent in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
Legal Practice Course (LPC) will be considered an advantage.
