If you want to be part of a top technology brand, join us!What you’ll doHR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support : Assist with 360° HR administration, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a great candidate and employee experience. Manage documentation related to sickness, accidents, and other employee events. Provide support for the monthly payroll closure process. Maintain accurate attendance records and leave reports. Support the collection, input, and maintenance of HR employee master data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in HR systems. Assist in generating standard HR reports and preparing basic statistical data for analysis. Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team as needed. Support internal communications and assist internal staff with HR queries. Collaborate effectively with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.What you'll needDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Up to 1-2 years of experience in an HR support, administrative, or payroll role, ideally gained in a structured company or consultancy. Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn new HR processes, payroll specifics, and digital tools (e.g., ADP Payroll software knowledge is a plus). A basic understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and familiarity with Italian labor law fundamentals are beneficial. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Resourceful, self-starter, and a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
