The successful candidate must hold a university degree and have up to 5 years of working experience. The role involves providing support to company employees working in the Cyprus Office and remotely, responding to inquiries via ticketing system, phone, or chat, identifying and analyzing problems, and providing workarounds to customers. If you are looking to join a global fintech company and grow your career within a multinational environment, GRS looks forward to receiving your CV today.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInstall, configure, and upgrade Windows operating systems and software on end-user workstations.Install and replace hardware (workstations, laptops, screens, network cables, etc.).Troubleshoot incidents related to emails, network, peripherals, printing, meeting rooms, access control, CCTV, etc.Follow up on cases with support vendors.Support Teams telephony, mobile devices, and smartphones for end-users.Maintain user accounts in Active Directory, disk encryption, and antivirus.Assist users with Citrix and VPN connectivity.Participate in creating documentation to facilitate the operation team.Follow procedures and guidelines defined for the team.Collaborate with other IT teams (network, storage, Windows infrastructure, etc.) to resolve incidents as needed.Be flexible in covering support shifts.Participate in discussions and presentations to evolve the infrastructure.CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is required.Up to 5 years of experience in service desk support for Windows ecosystem, software, and hardware troubleshooting for end users.Experience with endpoint management systems like SCCM, Microsoft Windows 10-11, and Office 365.Experience using service desk ticketing systems to handle incidents and requests.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to learn continuously.Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal; fluency in French is an advantage.Good communication skills to present ideas and communicate with vendor support.Willingness to travel abroad two to three times per year.Due to the high volume of applications received at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Please note that if you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
