About the Role
On behalf of our Client, providing advanced capabilities in aerospace, automotive, airport infrastructure, and other sectors, GRS is seeking to recruit an IT Administrator to join their continuously expanding team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Administrator. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Administer and support users' laptops, workstations, MFP, LAN, and WLAN.
Manage Group infrastructure administration and support, including internet access, services publication, site-to-site, and remote access connectivity.
Administer and support Group services and applications, including on-premises Microsoft Exchange email service.
Handle Domain services tasks such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS.
Manage Backup and Restore services using Veritas Backup Exec and Veeam.
Oversee IT applications and systems, including Zabbix, Grafana, and GLPI.
Support Group IT processes, including service request management and helpdesk.
Manage all IT-related incidents.
Create and maintain documentation, including administrators manuals and user guides.
Automate routine IT administration tasks.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper SRX, Ubiquiti UniFi, FortiGate, FortiWeb, NetGate pfSense, OpenVPN.
Experience with virtualization: Hyper-V, VMWare.
Proficiency in operating systems: Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Ubuntu Server, CentOS.
Experience with domain infrastructure: Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS.
Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure: Microsoft PKI.
Automation skills: Ansible, Docker, PowerShell.
Experience with web servers: Apache, NGINX, Tomcat, IIS.
Backup solutions: Veritas Backup Exec, Veeam.
Monitoring tools: Zabbix, Grafana.
Antivirus: Symantec Endpoint Protection or similar.
Knowledge of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL.
