Flexjet Europe Rotary Maintenance Technician

Position Summary
The Helicopter Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs including airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems. The technician will make repairs and conduct tests to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. This position is based at Linate Airport, Milan.
Responsibilities

Primarily working on Sikorsky S76 C++ helicopters, with opportunities to assist with the company's fixed-wing fleet as required.
Perform all airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications to meet company and regulatory requirements.
Remove and disassemble defective parts; assemble and install replacement parts; test aircraft systems.
Operate all necessary power tools and equipment for job assignments.
Complete maintenance records accurately, including reporting times required for tasks.
Support all company policies and safety programs, including OSHA and EPA regulations.
Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Demonstrate professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

B1.3 license for rotary aircraft required (S76 type training provided).
EASA License.
Proven aviation experience, preferably in corporate aircraft.
Good knowledge of EASA Part 145, Part M, Part CAMO, Part 21 regulations.

Required Skills

Legal ability to work in Europe and willingness to travel where Flexjet operates.
Motivated, able to work under pressure and within deadlines.
Ability to multi-task effectively within a team.
Strong knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
Proven inspection skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Own set of hand tools preferred; specialized tooling provided.
Valid driver’s license required.

Work Environment
Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, mechanical parts, vibration, and extreme weather conditions. Noise levels may be loud.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, handle, reach, and occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift up to 5kg frequently and up to 22.5kg occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
