The role involves supporting project execution and/or bid phases, ensuring the application of company procedures and delivering high-quality technical outputs on time and within budget.Responsibilities:Review technical documentation (contracts, annexes) and highlight inconsistencies or missing information.Prepare or adapt technical specifications and standards when not provided.Support the planning and monitoring of engineering hours; promptly report changes or extra needs.Participate in internal and client meetings when required.Prepare and review project deliverables such as: One-line diagrams, Load lists, Cable routing/layouts, Equipment sizing, Technical datasheets and material take-offsPerform key electrical studies: Load Flow, Short Circuit, Earthing, and Motor Starting.Review documents from subcontractors and vendors.Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design alignment.Support procurement, construction, and commissioning phases when needed.RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering2–4 years of experience in electrical design within engineering or EPC projectsFamiliar with the full lifecycle of engineering projects (basic, detailed design, procurement support)Good command of English (spoken and written)Other informationPlace of work:Fano (Marche)This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
