Social network you want to login/join with:col-narrow-leftClient:Location:Job Category:Other-EU work permit required:Yescol-narrow-rightJob Reference:719f4b9e93abJob Views:3Posted:12.07.2025Expiry Date:26.08.2025col-wideJob Description:Reporting to the Cheese Quality Assurance Manager, the responsibilities include:Providing training to the Sales Force, FAM, and Van Selling Managers on quality assurance specific practices through good practices, the self-control system - HACCP, and all preventive activities to ensure this important link in the distribution chain complies with current regulations and Lactalis Group and biG srl procedures;Conducting periodic audits of commercial structures to verify correct application of assigned activities;Collaborating and interfacing with control bodies (Veterinarians/territorial ATS) for updates on regulations to implement and, if necessary, during audits;Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment at commercial structures, such as temperature probes, through regular checks and calibration; conducting systematic traceability tests in Van Selling and recall simulation tests as per company quality standards;Preparing activity reports regularly and sharing with Van Selling managers to maintain a close and active relationship aimed at consolidating and improving specific quality practices;Supporting certification activities impacting the Van Selling channel.REQUIREMENTSDegree in Food Science and Technologies, Agricultural Sciences, or equivalent;Excellent knowledge of Office suite and main technological tools;Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French is a plus;Strong interpersonal skills and team working attitude;Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and flexibility;Excellent problem-solving skills.KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITIONWork location: Corteolona e Genzone (PV);Willingness to travel frequently within Italy required.The position is open to applications of all genders (L. 903/77).
