The role is located in our Milan office.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs Disponente Ufficio Traffico - Carrier Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with carriers to support our rapid growth. Your key responsibilities include:Expanding our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners;Supervising daily transports in Italy and handling inquiries from carriers;Using your knowledge of the partner’s business to identify opportunities and offer solutions;Managing day-to-day operational tasks;Analyzing and tracking key metrics using data tools like Excel;Managing workload and priorities efficiently;Applying knowledge of geography and transport rules;Having 1-2 years of experience in full truck load road transport;Communicating fluently in Italian and with good knowledge of English;Demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills;Exhibiting problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress;Handling mediation and claims management;Possessing pricing capacity and knowledge of transport regulations (a plus).sennder Italia, based in Milan, is a joint venture between sennder and Poste Italiane, combining technological innovation with Italy’s largest distribution network.We connect shippers to a fleet of trucks and improve logistics in sustainable, cost-efficient, and transparent ways, shaping the future of the industry.
