If you want to join a friendly working environment, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia-based Audit Supervisor role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReview the information obtained from clients against the KYC requirements.Perform transaction monitoring in accordance with the firm’s AML policies and procedures.Review client information and complete the necessary Client Acceptance/Continuance Procedures, submitting them to the audit manager/Head of Audit.Plan audit work with the assistance of the Audit Manager.Check and prepare all audit documentation.Perform audit work and tests.Conduct fieldwork of internal control evaluation.Identify possible risks or errors in systems and controls.Assist in assurance engagements such as management reports, due diligence, financial information analysis, etc.Liaise with clients regarding deadlines and obligations.Provide consultation, supervision, and mentoring to auditors and junior auditors.Assist in supervising junior auditors and auditors.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Assist reviewers in the performance of EQCR, Hot and Cold reviews of specific engagements.CANDIDATE PROFILEQualified ACA/ACCA/CPAMinimum of 5 years' relevant experience in preparing audited financial statementsKnowledge of computerized accounting systems (e-soft) and Microsoft OfficeExcellent knowledge of CasewareGood knowledge of basic Cyprus tax legislationExcellent command of the English languageCOMPANY BENEFITS13th salaryFriendly working environmentHalf-day Wednesday and FridayDue to the high volume of applications received at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
