Workforce Planning & Reporting Specialist page is loaded## Workforce Planning & Reporting Specialistlocations: Milan, ITposted on: Offerta pubblicata oggijob requisition id: R-27015**Your responsibilities**We are looking for a new colleague to join our HQ HR Team based in Milan.Being part of the Workforce planning and reporting team, your activities will include:* Headcount Planning and Reporting for HQ and consolidation at Group level* Labor Cost Controlling for HQ and consolidation at Group level* People Analytics* Social sustainability controlling and reporting (e.g. Integrated Report, Sustainability Questionnaires)* Acting as a point of reference for People Analytics across HR teams and for HQ Controlling/Finance/Sustainability teams* Digitalization of Reporting and Management of People Analytics**Your experiences and background*** You have a proven relevant working experience in similar roles* You have Background in Finance/accounting is preferred* Fluency in English and the habit in working in an international environment* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)* Knowledge of SAP and Workday is a plus* You have strong communication and collaboration skills, as well with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities*Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
