OverviewVicepresidente delle operazioniEvans Taylor, Between Milan and Varese, Italy€150,000+ per annum, car, bonus and benefitsIdioma: English required for considerationResponsibilitiesResponsibilities : This is a substantial and influential leadership role where the incumbent must deliver a high-performance agenda, raise the bar and drive the business to maximise its true potential.Conduct a full end-to-end strategic overview of the organisation with a focus on transformational change and world-class improvement techniques.As VP of Operations for Italy, report to the Country CEO, lead top-level strategy, and be fully accountable for influencing the direction of the business while delivering best-in-class service to internal and external stakeholders.Lead a multi-site operation across Italy; spend approximately 2–3 days between Milan and Varese with travel to other facilities in the country.Full accountability for customer satisfaction through product and service excellence and P&L accountability related to labour, COGS and overheads for a complex multi-site unit; oversee manufacturing, assembly, logistics, transport, bonded warehouse operations and project execution with a focus on lean methodologies and operational excellence.Drive people engagement focusing on mindset, culture and performance while implementing a sophisticated change programme across systems, people, process, technology and innovation.Champion and develop sustainable business improvement programmes to support year-on-year growth.Lead high-quality investment initiatives to advance the business while ensuring sustainability and alignment with growth objectives.PersonThis is a substantial change management role, demanding an exceptional senior Operations Executive who enjoys a growth agenda, a substantial challenge and autonomy.Ideally degree qualified with fluency in Italian and English; track record in senior Operational roles leading a sizeable organisation in Italian and international work environments.Background likely in a world-leading manufacturing/operational sector (e.g., food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, micro and reverse logistics) with significant expertise in complex multi-site environments and best-practice execution.A dynamic self-starter who is intellectually powerful, action-oriented, and capable of driving performance through the team; champions change and achieves major breakthroughs in operational performance.Ability to work with other VPs of the executive team to build a positive and energetic work environment, and to spearhead a career in an organisation with exceptional opportunities for high-class performers.How to applyPlease reply with full CV and current salary details.
