It fosters conditions that remove obstacles to full expression and development of its employees, ensuring work environments that respect dignity and promote collaboration, fairness, and support.Purpose of the position: As a Vessel Equipment Engineer, you will be part of the Asset Based Services business line.Responsibilities include:Carrying out maintenance and control of all mechanical production equipment.Ensuring the efficiency of production equipment.Preparing maintenance plans and managing spare parts.Managing the deck mechanic team in compliance with safety and quality procedures.Providing training to personnel.Managing production equipment for continuous operation through maintenance and repairs.Supervising and coordinating offshore Mechanic Foremen and Mechanics to ensure safety and quality compliance.Defining maintenance priorities and schedules.Maintaining adequate stock levels of spare parts and materials.Preparing and setting up equipment for project operations in liaison with the Chief Engineer and Offshore Construction Manager.Preserving vessel equipment during long stand-by periods.Completing equipment documentation and arranging proper packing and preservation of mobile equipment after project completion.Reporting near-miss events and incidents.Arranging safety talks and job safety analyses as needed.Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringExperience: 3-5 yearsTechnical Skills: Ability to use software for preventive maintenance and office managementAdditional info: Willingness to work offshore on rotation, both nationally and internationally.We support your development!
