That’s why we need you!A few examples of your daily tasks User-Centered Design : Translate business and user requirements into intuitive experiences through user flows, wireframes and prototypes. Prototyping & Iteration : Rapidly prototype ideas, validate assumptions through testing, and continuously iterate to improve product usability and performance. Design Systems : Build and evolve modular, scalable design systems by defining components, tokens, and guidelines in close collaboration with development. UI Design & Visual Consistency : Craft pixel-perfect interfaces that align with brand guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms, devices, and resolutions. Accessibility & Usability : Design with inclusivity in mind, ensuring all interactions are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with usability best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration :Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align on feasibility, priorities, and shared goals. Design Ops & File Management : Maintain organized design files and document decisions to ensure clarity, efficiency, and scalability.Is this you? Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role Strong skills in UI and UX design for digital products (web and / or mobile) Proven experience creating and maintaining a design system Proficient with design tools like Figma Maze, Notion and Confluence Solid understanding of design principles, layout, hierarchy, and interaction patterns Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and how designs translate to code is a plus Comfortable collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders Detail-oriented mindset — precise, organized, and quality-driven Analytical and user-focused approach, informed by research and data Fluent in English (spoken and written) Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or tech-driven teams is a plus Team-work and goal-oriented approach Ability to work independently with high problem solving skills Down to earth and open to take a step back if needed Motivated to build an empireWhat we offer An incredibly talented team Extreme learning curve Fast growth opportunities Motivation, inspiration and challenges Flexibility and total transparency Competitive salary Welfare Stock options and performance bonusesPreferred Starting Date September 2025
