OverviewWe are looking for a Transport Service Provider Operations to join our Transport Team in Castel San Giovanni (PC).Your ImpactThe Transport Service Provider Operations will join our Logistics Team, supporting Worldwide Transport Management in sourcing activities for Transportation services.We seek a candidate with previous experience in luxury & fashion contexts.QualificationsActivitiesManage relationships with Carriers/Transport Service Providers regarding contract maintenance and appendices, through business reviews and operational contacts.Support and develop administrative processes (e.g., cost accounting and invoice control) and contract management using TMS and other company systems.Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with service and economic agreements with Transport Service Providers and meet function objectives.Analyze data, produce, and distribute periodic or spot reports on economic efficiency and effectiveness of Transport Service Provider services.Support compliance in the transport area regarding Loss Prevention, Sustainability, and Business Continuity issues.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in transportation.Main QualificationsWho We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or economics.Fluent in English.Proficient in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).At least 3 years of experience in structured multinational organizations.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.Preferred AttributesHighly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in a mid-to-large sized fashion and luxury company, collaborating across teams, is a plus.Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with KPI-focused approaches.Ability to work with internal teams and coordinate with external partners.How to ApplyFollow the instructions in this posting or visit our Careers Website to submit your application.Attach your CV and relevant supporting documents when applying.Moncler Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
