Job Description

Coordination, performance and evaluation of all activities related to client training for complete WtX, RG, PtX plants
Coordination of the training schedule with the client’s personnel, project team, suppliers, commissioning and operation teams and internal specialists.
Performing on site or online training (supported by online learning media)
Prepare the interactive training system
Adapt the templates of learning contents to the specific project conditions and create training materials (text, graphics, photos and animations).

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in plant operation, commissioning, training
Bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical or process engineering
Knowledge of process engineering and qualification in adult education
Understanding of technical connections and authoring activities of training material
Good knowledge of English and Italian, every other language will be considered a plus
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
