The Buyer actively supports the Purchasing team in procuring a wide range of commodities, materials (both standard and customized), services, and equipment for the company. This involves understanding needs expressed via RDA in the MRP tool, requesting and negotiating offers, issuing purchase orders, and securing order confirmations.
Responsibilities:

Scout the market through technical specifications and distributor analysis
Analyze quotes
Consolidate and develop the supplier panel
Issue purchase orders in the system
Monitor supplier quality performance
Coordinate with the logistics planner
Maintain continuous communication with suppliers
File, control, and maintain generated documentation
Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly department meetings
Ensure compliance with quality, environment standards, procedures, and instructions

Technical Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:

At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
