Put differently, we explore life to improve living.Our vision: At Gnosis by Lesaffre, we strive for a world that moves better, digests better, ages better, feels better, and, ultimately, lives better thanks to microorganisms and biotransformation.Job DescriptionThe main objective of the candidate will be to ensure the correct flow, planning, and operational management of shipments, including customs procedures.Responsibilities:Management of shipping and invoicing documents (including samples, material returns, Intercompany shipments, and shipments of various materials)Imports (quotation requests, documentation control, customs forms archiving, etc.)Control and management of customs proceduresTransport organizationQualificationsDegree in Economics or related fieldPrevious experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar roleIn-depth knowledge of customs regulations and proceduresFamiliarity with main Incoterms and transport documents (CMR, AWB, B/L, etc.)Knowledge of ERP management systems, preferably SAPExcellent organizational and planning skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressureExcellent knowledge of English, both written and spokenAbility to work independently and in a teamCustomer-oriented approach and good relationships with suppliers and carriersProactivity and flexibilityGoal-oriented mindsetAdditional InformationFixed term contractFull-time
