We’re looking for an outstanding Tech Lead who’s passionate about secure‑by‑design principles and thrives in areas such as DevSecOps, threat detection, and security automation.
You’ll lead technical decisions, guide the design of secure systems, and help shape our security strategy across AWS, Azure, GCP and SaaS platforms.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of secure digital architectures across cloud and on‑prem environments.
Define and embed cybersecurity controls throughout the full lifecycle of our digital solutions.
Drive the adoption of defence‑in‑depth and secure‑by‑design principles.
Guide teams on best practices in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and security automation.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define use cases, detect threats, and ensure compliance with standards.
Implement and manage enterprise security tools.
Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Contribute to architectural strategy and represent the security function in key projects.

Skills & Experience

Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity architecture and frameworks (e.g. NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
Proven experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure infrastructure design.
Hands‑on experience with enterprise security tools.
Expertise in incident detection, threat analysis, and security monitoring.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Ability to analyze complex environments, identify risks, and design practical, scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate security needs into clear business value.
