Job description
To accelerate its market penetration in Italy, Otoqi is looking for a Team Lead Sales that will be the mind and soul of a local sales team of 5 FTE. The Team Lead Sales will play a key role in managing the team and directly contributing to the sales strategy and execution.
Main Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Development
Define and execute the sales strategy for the Italian market, aligned with HQ objectives.
Identify high-potential market segments, key accounts, and growth opportunities.
Build a strong client portfolio and develop long-term, strategic business relationships.
Sales & Account Management Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales and account management professionals in Italy.
Set clear performance objectives, monitor KPIs, and provide continuous coaching.
Design and deliver training modules to help the team grow, sharpen their sales skills, and achieve higher performance.
Foster a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative team culture.
Sales Execution & Business Development
Actively contribute to prospection , including outbound outreach to generate new opportunities.
Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospection to negotiation and closing.
Understand customer needs and position Otoqi’s value proposition effectively to address them.
Participate in strategic sales meetings with top clients and key accounts.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless commercial approach and high customer satisfaction.

Your profile
Strong sales experience (6+ years, including at least 2 years in management) in a B2B environment, with a strong drive for prospecting and closing deals.
Results-oriented : Strong capacity to meet and exceed sales targets while optimizing sales processes.
Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to mentor the team, with a strong team spirit and positive influence.
Strategic mindset and adaptability : Ability to analyze the market and adjust sales strategies based on evolving needs.
Languages skills : Mandatory spoken / written English and Italian proficiency (C1).
Nice To have
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) : comfortable with commercial management tools to monitor and optimize team and sales performance.
Experience in the Automotive industry or 3PL Services.
Experience in start-up / scale-up.
