Collective spirit drives our success, empowering you to craft your path and bring your authentic self to every occasion.If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!Role scopeThe On Trade Sales Executive (or OSE), reporting to Regional Sales Manager, is responsible for all activities related to wholesalers, On Trade and wineshops operating in the assigned area/region.Strong in commercial and negotiation practices, she/he is in charge for all active selling tasks (yearly agreements, promo plan implementation, order taking, cash collecting when needed, scouting new business opportunities through visits) as well back-office tasks (order entry, budget and sales monitoring, sales forecasting).She/he manages the assigned budget to hit qualitative and quantitative objectives in terms number of outlet on assortment and visibility KPI’s.Main ActivitiesCustomer Business planningDefining join business plans with main customers for achieving long-term sustainable business growthNegotiate and implement commercial actions related to the presence, distribution, and visibility of our main brands to ensure value generation and market share gain.Running businessOverseeing On Trade Outlet, Wholesalers and wineshops to monitor performance versus objectives/agreements applying quick corrective actions when needed to hit the goals.Managing sell-out growth levers to guarantee presence of focus brands in a proper number of target outlet, increase visibility of the brand inside the outlet through POS material and drink list brands mention to increase sell-out.Pushing on Transfer Order through partner Wholesalers, expanding distribution of focus products range.Business DevelopmentEvaluating and optimizing wholesalers panel on yearly base in the assigned area for guaranteeing fit to purpose perimeter.Scouting new on trade target Outlet to involve through profitable commercial partnership as well wine shops.On Trade & Wine Shops agreementsNegotiating, implementing, and monitoring agreements with On Trade target outlets, ensuring rotations through the right assortment and brand visibility.Prices management and trackingImplementing correct pricing strategy to customers in line with guidelines, monitoring RSP evolutions for our brands and direct competitions.Competition auditingMapping and sharing competitors’ activities with Trade Marketing Team as well innovations, promotional activities, visibility and all growth levers from the competition to guarantee a complete picture of the market.Evaluation & AnalysisEvaluating sell-out activities implemented optimizing accordingly.Proactively shares field feedbacks with the RSD to optimized the sell-out levers during periodical meetings.Sales forecast and back-officeManaging back-office tasks related to sales forecasting when requested, orders management and credit issue.ReportingFeeding daily report on visits, visit goals, outlet mapping, stock level, sell-out when available.Experience2+ years’ experience in FMCG company in similar rolesDegree in Economics, Marketing or Business ManagementGood knowledge of commercial dynamics, negotiation and influencing skillsNative in digital and social networkKey competences & skillsResult orientedTeam player.Good knowledge of the market, its evolutionary trends and key players, maximization of business opportunities.Promotional activation skills: knowing how to develop, implement and coordinate promotional.Innovation and creativity skills: able to generate, inspire and implement out-of-the-box ideas and solutions.Good knowledge of P&L managementExcellent communication skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)Good knowledge of English both spoken and writtenJoining and contributing to an Inclusive workplaceAs Créateurs de Convivialité, we are committed to better reflect the richness of our society, the marketplace, and communities in which we operate.
