Responsibilities

Provide top-notch administrative support to our Accounting, Finance & Legal teams, enabling them to stay fully focused on their core work.
Organize meetings, calls, travel, and other key business activities involving internal and external stakeholders.
Handle and store digital documentation to ensure a smart, fool-proof archive that can be navigated quickly.
Shortlist, manage, and answer emails, keeping communication with external stakeholders prompt and on-point.
Attend meetings, take notes, and mark actionables, so key takeaways and workflows are properly tracked and followed up on.

The selection process

Bending Spoons is a demanding environment with a high standard. To ramp up quickly, we recommend spending your first few months in our Milan office. We support travel and accommodation as needed. After that, you can work from our Milan or London offices, or remotely from approved countries, as agreed at the offer stage.
