Support the evolution, implementation, and maintenance of IFF’s Talent Management process ecosystem, with an emphasis on career planning and discussions, critical role succession management, and successor development. This role will partner with the Director, Talent Management and Leadership Development to support organizational and employee needs while driving interconnected talent processes that support workforce plans and business strategy. This role will significantly impact how we deliver our Talent Philosophy and employee relationships with IFF.ResponsibilitiesTalent Management Process SupportAssist the Director in expanding the interconnection of IFF’s talent processes, aligned with our Talent Philosophy, workforce plans, and business strategy.Support the execution of talent processes, focusing on enterprise-wide integrated talent reviews to achieve talent objectives.Perform planning, analysis, and reporting activities for TM programs to evaluate performance and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with strategy and philosophy.Partner with HR leaders to support process development and improvement, translating outcomes into actionable insights.Engage with internal stakeholders at all levels through regular communication and collaboration.Leader Succession and AnalysisSupport identifying critical roles and developing success profiles.Manage career journey and ladder development, facilitating effective career conversations.Collaborate with Talent Managers and HR leaders to ensure relevant development plans and expand talent pipelines.Address pipeline challenges by developing strategic solutions with stakeholders.Project ManagementSupport talent management events and calendar planning, ensuring integration and support.Assist in developing communications, presentations, and materials.Manage projects like creating a career guidebook for organizational leaders and HR partners.Identify critical roles and develop success profiles over time.Support the creation and execution of Regional Talent Councils to enhance development opportunities.Job RequirementsA college/university degree with at least five years of experience in talent management programs; a master’s degree in HR or Organizational Development preferred.Strong English communication skills, capable of facilitating live and virtual meetings.Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and project management skills.Proven teamwork, collaboration, and cross-cultural skills.Experience in data gathering, analysis, and drawing informed conclusions.Knowledge of Talent Management theories and practical application.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Excel, and related technologies.Creative, curious, and proficient in creating insightful reports and presentations.Highly collaborative with effective communication and interpersonal skills, confident in expressing viewpoints.Agile, resourceful, resilient, and self-driven.
