Some of the essentials for you to know are :Location : Our office in MilanDepartment Size : 8 (Approx.)Reporting into : Payroll & Administration ManagerBesides a competitive salary, we can offer you :Performance bonus schemes dependant on the type of role you are inA pension that both you and the company contribute tooA portal with an array of discounts on things like theme park and cinema ticketsOur famous staff discount along with exclusive staff salesPrivate healthcare for you and your familyA chance to be part of a fun and caring team that support each otherHere is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :Responsible for ensuring staff data input and management of the payroll process throughout the employee life cycle from hiring to exit in line with labour law regulations and internal policiesManaging attendance recording activities and checking issues related to presence / absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leavesManaging the payroll cycle and administrative related tasks with the external providerChecking payslipsManaging reports on payroll dataProviding administrative support for the full employee’s lifecycle to solve queries related to payroll, benefits, leave of absence, sickness, local collective agreement regulations etc.Collaborating in HR projects on a national and international level with regards to HR employee’s administrative data and informationMaintaining updated HR documentation, records and internal databases for all employees XThe type of person we are looking for :At least 2 + years’ HR Payroll and Administration experience with deep knowledge of Italian labour lawAdvanced Knowledge of Zucchetti and CCNL CommercioKnowledge of Workday System and ADP System is a plusData management and analytical thinking skillsExcellent communications skills, process-based mindsetResilience and forward-thinking approachExperience Level : AssociateWorkplace Type : Hybrid
