Your experience in building and scaling high‑performing sales teams is essential and will be a cornerstone of your contribution here. Your role at a glance
Act as a trusted talent partner, not just a recruiter
Drive the full recruitment process: sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding
Collaborate closely with HRBP and Managers to understand needs and deliver results
Identify, attract, and secure top talent for our sales networks
Provide actionable feedback and guidance to stakeholders
Ensure a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for new hires
Continuously elevate the effectiveness of our HR processes
What skills are we looking for?
3-6 years of previous experience, ideally within Recruitment services or corporate Talent Acquisition teams
Strong expertise in recruitment, with a proven ability to proactively hunt and secure top talent using advanced sourcing tools and techniques
Demonstrated experience in building and scaling high‑performing sales teams is required
Experience working in international and multicultural environments
Familiarity with Workday is considered a plus
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
Fluency in English (C1 level or above)
Proven understanding of what it means to support and guide an organization through change management processes
