ARESYS offers a 20+ years of expertise in designing and developing on-board and on-ground systems with a vertical specialization in microwave (Radar, SAR) and Optical technologies.
In our HR Department we are looking for a Talent acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle for STEM roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to define job requirements and create accurate, compelling job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates through digital platforms, networking, events, and specialized channels.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical technical roles in engineering, IT, and scientific domains.
Coordinate with subject-matter experts to design and administer technical assessments as part of the recruitment process.
Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace for STEM professionals.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity metrics).
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in technical sectors.
Required skills:
Familiarity with STEM career profiles (e.g., engineers, software developers, data scientists, physicists).
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS/ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.).
Professional proficiency in English.
Previous experience in a technology-driven company or agency specialized in STEM hiring.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts relevant to different STEM domains.
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices in STEM recruitment.
Analytical mindset to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Your background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on STEM roles.
