You will improve the live streaming experience for broadcasting partners in the Middle East and Northern Africa region (Arabic speaking) and be their liaison with the Twitch business. You will lead regional content creator development, identify and onboard new user-generated content opportunities and work on scaling strategic programs tied to content growth.As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the creator market in the region, have client management experience, a customer service mentality and comfort with evolving timelines. You also have a passion for creator content and the desire to turn that passion into a career.Reporting to the Director of Partnerships EMEA, you will work with a wide array of teams, including Marketing & Comms, Strategy, Business Development, Sales, Finance, Legal and Global Partnerships.You Will:Manage new and existing partnered content creators and maximise their use of the Twitch serviceSupport global initiatives, including the recruitment and development of local content creatorsCreate and run local strategic programmes which provide value to broadcasters at scaleCommunicate product and policy updates and moderation decisions to your assigned accountsReport on performance metrics and goals concerning your creator portfolio on an ongoing basisWork with Marketing, BD, PR, Sales, and Content teams to surface strategic GTM opportunitiesCollaborate with team members to solve complex creator issues while advocating for strategic partners' needsBridge the language barrier between Twitch and the local communityBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English- 4+ years of account management experience or working in the Arabic speaking digital content landscape in a content-focused role- Community management experience within the content or gaming industry- An understanding of common online video and online advertising metrics- Familiarity with Twitch as a user or broadcaster- Developed an understanding of the traditional and digital media sector- The ability to describe how programs satisfy organizational goals- Experience in setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goalsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Fluency in one (or more) other language(s)- Existing professional relationships with user-generated content creators in Arabic speaking countries- Experience engaging at an executive level, internally and with external parties- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce- Experience with live video content creation- Previous employment in a similar role on the platform / agency / Broadcaster sideOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
