RANDSTAD PROFESSIONAL Leaders Search & Selection, aimed at the search and selection of middle & senior management profiles, is looking for a multinational company:
Strategic Business Development & Key Account Manager
The Strategic Business Development & Key Account Manager is responsible for driving strong growth in the Industrial sector across Europe, identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and executing strategic initiatives to increase market share.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, adaptable and comfortable, taking on diverse responsibilities to succeed in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities in the Industrial sector including OEMs and sub‑system producers;
Act as a cross‑functional leader, taking on diverse responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction, technical alignment and commercial success;
Develop and execute bold, sector‑specific customer strategies with a focus on speed, adaptability and measurable growth;
Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Europe;
Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic sales initiatives;
Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and continuously monitor market trends to refine forecasts on a monthly basis;
Demonstrate key competencies, including: action orientation, conflict management, timely decision‑making, motivating others, clear communication, financial acumen and business negotiation;
Regular travel to customer sites (approximately 40% of the time).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering or related field;
7+ years of experience in the Industrial Market within the sector of Off‑Highway and Trucks;
Proven track record of aggressive sales growth and entrepreneurial problem‑solving in complex, technical markets;
Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environment;
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks;
Effectively demonstrate how to manage relationships and drive revenue with key accounts in different regions;
Language requirement is fluency in Italian and English.

The profile is completed by good communication with the ability to influence at all level, organizational and negotiation skills, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
The offer
The salary will be included in the range 60K-70K€ and in any case commensurate with the seniority of the candidate.
Work location
Turin.
