At Dexcom, our Marketing team is focused on expanding our reach and driving growth. We seek a collaborative and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with our values and growth targets.This is a hybrid position based in Milan, working in the office 2 days a week.Field travel with customers: 25 to 50%Where you come inSupport distributor and partner needs, including brand training and tactical tools for engagement in face-to-face and digital settings.Manage the development, localization, and deployment of DTC and HCP marketing collateral to ensure campaign effectiveness.Formulate and implement cohesive regional and local marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Use customer segmentation, market data, and competitor intelligence to develop optimized multi-channel marketing plans.Lead the development and implementation of omnichannel media strategies (DTC / HCP) across the region, including broadcast and digital media.Establish KPIs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans meet business outcomes.Provide project management and leadership on key communications activities, ensuring timely and high-quality completion in compliance with regulations.Ensure content compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining accuracy and credibility aligned with the product strategy.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices, leveraging learnings in marketing plans.Partner cross-functionally to ensure effective KOL management.What makes you successfulOver 10 years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in medical devices or healthcare.Experience developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns in regulated industries.Deep understanding of CGM technology and the diabetes market.Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects with high quality and compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders and collaborating across teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to see long-term business goals.Proficiency in campaign activation across digital channels.Support experience with distributors and partners.Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English highly valued.What you’ll getA front-row seat to life-changing CGM technology and the opportunity to be part of our #dexcomwarriors community.
