We are looking for a Spare Parts Delivery Specialist to join our Asset Management Team. In this role you will manage all after-sales requests from customers, ensuring each is handled efficiently and effectively. Your role is central to meeting customer needs - both from a technical perspective and within expected timeframes. Working in close collaboration with Field Service Organizations and technical ABB teams, you will develop solutions that meet, and where possible exceed, customer expectations. You will be accountable for achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) and executing end-to-end order fulfillment for spare parts, with a strong focus on order execution and logistics processes. Your ability to address customer concerns promptly, maintain high service standards, and drive operational excellence will be key to your success in this position. Your responsibilities

Execute and monitor order fulfillment for all requests entered in the system
Monitor and continuously improve order-to-ship cycle time
Resolve blockers and bottlenecks preventing timely order fulfillment
Manage daily demand, prioritizing orders based on urgency and business criticality

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Provide real-time visibility on order status to internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate delivery commitments with Field Service and Sales teams
Manage the back-order queue and escalation process

Inventory & Resource Coordination

Allocate available inventory to competing demands based on priority
Collaborate with warehouses and factories to optimize on-time delivery
Support inventory planning with fulfillment insights and demand forecasting

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Analyze fulfillment and on-time delivery metrics (KPIs)
Identify root causes for non-performance and implement corrective actions
Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency

Your Background

Degree in Economics or Management Engineering OR minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP4HANA preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluency in English and Italian (knowledge of French is considered a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
Knowledge of e-Mobility market is a plus: main components, regulations etc.
Windows based systems and Office suite
Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and goal-oriented mindset
