Role OverviewWonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back‑office systems in any language or cultural context.Solution Architect ResponsibilitiesLead the design and definition of AI‑driven automation solutions for enterprise clients. Work closely with client stakeholders across operations, IT, and business process teams to understand existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and define localized AI agents capable of augmenting or replacing manual processes. Map system interactions, identify integration points, and produce comprehensive solution designs that guide downstream implementation teams.
