You will collaborate with management and IT teams to define technical priorities and support a dynamic knowledge base of programming solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure.If you are passionate about medical software, open to occasional travel, and meet the required skills, we invite you to apply and join our innovative team.Your Contributions:Coordinate software projects and support customers for Ascom UMS products, including Digitstat, Clingo, and Carefusion.Implement and improve customer support processes for software and related technologies.Train team members, deliver onsite customer training, and develop training materials.Configure and oversee external customer support, continuously improving based on customer feedback.Manage technical support calls, analyze data to identify issues, and recommend improvements.Plan and execute customer-focused implementation activities with effective coordination.Draft technical specifications for customer-specific developments.Ensure compliance with legal regulations, CE marking, contractual obligations, and QMS standards through proper documentation.Serve as the main interface with customers and third parties, coordinating project activities from start to finish.Collaborate with Product and Development teams to plan and deliver enhancements.Support delivery monitoring, addressing non-compliance, complaints, or incidents.The Ideal Candidate:Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience in system integration deployments.Experience with medical software installation and configuration.Fluent in Italian and English.Comfortable in an international environment.Skills & Competencies:Confident in customer-facing roles.Strong skills in software installation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Programming skills (VBScript or MS C# preferred).Proficiency with Windows OS, SQL (MSSQL), and relational databases.Familiarity with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and Web Applications.Knowledge of medical device connectivity and standards like HL7, IHE, FHIR (a plus).Personal Qualities:Organized, analytical, and team-oriented.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.What We Offer:A proud, innovative company.Collaborative and inspiring colleagues.Opportunities for personal and professional growth.Work with cutting-edge healthcare technology.Flexible remote work options.Join Us and Make an Impact:Ascom is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
