The organization emphasizes the improvement of people, procedures, and technical standards.The positionYou will be part of the Technical Department, working in a fleet team responsible for the day-to-day activities of our vessels. After approximately four months of familiarization, you will be responsible for one to two vessels and report to your Fleet Team Manager, who will coach and supervise you.As a Junior Technical Superintendent, your responsibilities include ensuring that vessels operate safely, economically, and efficiently according to company standards. You will manage budgets, maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs and dry-dockings, monitor expenses, and assist onboard management remotely. Regular visits worldwide to assess vessel performance and report findings are part of your duties.We provide relevant internal and external training, opportunities to visit vessels worldwide, assist at dry-dockings, and onboard sailing trips.
