Overview
Fiorucci, which officially returned to Italy in 2022, embarks on a new and exciting chapter in its rich history under the leadership of its new CEO, Alessandro Pisani, and Creative Director, Francesca Murri. We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who lives and breathes culture, understands digital storytelling, and knows how to translate data into creative impact. The candidate should be equally comfortable behind the camera and behind the dashboard, a natural content creator who can plan, produce, and analyse with confidence. Reports directly to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn with a distinctive, culturally relevant voice.
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging daily content that drives community growth and brand engagement.
Oversee day-to-day community management and ensure brand tone consistency across all touchpoints.
Analyse platform performance using native and third‑party analytics tools; translate insights into actionable strategies.
Produce monthly reports highlighting growth, engagement, reach, and conversion KPIs.
Maintain an organised and up‑to‑date editorial calendar aligned with global marketing campaigns.
Stay on top of emerging platform updates, new formats, and best practice, becoming the team’s in‑house expert.
Content Production & Creative Direction
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners (photographers, videomakers, stylists, designers) to produce compelling, on‑brand content.
Act as both strategist and creator: capture authentic, high‑impact imagery and short‑form video content.
Provide creative direction and hands‑on support during shoots, events, and brand activations.
Manage digital assets for efficient use across social and digital channels.
Cultural & Trend Insight
Identify and interpret cultural moments, digital trends, and emerging creators relevant to the Fiorucci audience.
Generate fresh, forward‑thinking content ideas rooted in fashion, art, and lifestyle culture.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and propose innovative strategies to keep Fiorucci ahead of the curve.
Creator & KOL Collaboration
Research, vet, and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and KOLs that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values.
5–7 years of experience in social media management or content creation, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
Proven ability to analyse performance metrics and apply insights to creative strategy.
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and evolving social media ecosystems.
Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Canva.
Confident with camera work, photography, video, and editing.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong aesthetic sensibility, curiosity for cultural trends, and an eye for what’s next.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Energetic, proactive, and naturally fluent in the language of social media.
