Define, implement, and manage an integrated and effective Social Media & Online communication campaigns aimed to support Samsung products promoting and marketing, ensuring quality and cost standards.Role and ResponsibilitiesDefine the social strategy for the Samsung Italy channels according to global guidelines and local priorities (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest)Develop and implement a Product Engagement Document (PED) for specific divisions following the "one Samsung" approachCreate and execute cross-division influencer strategies for product launches, brand activations, and HQ activitiesImplement effective live commerce strategies on social channelsProduce reports to demonstrate the success of activities carried outCoordinate with Samsung partner agencies active on digital propertiesDevelop communication plans and reporting (qualitative and quantitative) with the digital media team, focusing on specific KPIsDefine and execute compliant yet innovative social media strategies across owned channels aligned with marketing strategies and KPIsEstablish social customer management strategies and guidelines, ensuring alignment with BU teamsCollaborate with Marcom teams to create integrated communication materials for product launches and campaigns, meeting division needs and corporate guidelinesManage live social activities during major Samsung events to generate online buzz, engaging with influencers and consumers in real-timeManage external social media teams (agencies), providing guidance and regular alignmentPropose and oversee digital and social special projects and innovative social platformsSelect appropriate agencies, optimize costs, and measure ROI on campaignsDefine tools and methods to evaluate the ROI of communication initiativesRequirementsExtensive knowledge of marketing strategies, techniques, and conceptsAbility to craft storytelling for ongoing communicationStrong relationships with key opinion leaders, journalists across tech, lifestyle, and fashion industriesDeep understanding of social media channels and their dynamics, including targeting and social buyingCreative, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator capable of motivating teamsFlexible, resilient, proactive, diplomatic, and patientClear and influential communication skills at all levelsStrong interpersonal skills and cultural awarenessEffective team leadership and drive for successPragmatic approach to planning and projectsEducational background: Master’s degree in Marketing CommunicationProfessional experience: 10+ years in brand marketing roles with proven leadershipAbility to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
