As a Junior Project Manager you will lead projects for Sky Data at Sky Italia.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate data & analytics projects ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
Manage the project lifecycle from the concept, feasibility to the final deployment and adoption, including benefits/performance monitoring phases, tracking progress and key milestones.
Collaborate with Business units and Data & Tech teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Support the application of Data Governance best practices during the project planning and execution.
Define, assess and monitor plan, risks, issues, dependencies, escalating when necessary.
Prepare and monitor projects’ budget, tracking costs and reporting variances to keep projects on target.

Skills / Experience

2–5 years of experience in Project Management or Business Partner, preferably in Data or Digital environments.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Understanding data concepts (Data Warehousing, Big Data platforms) is preferable.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
Experience in project financial management (budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis).
Basic knowledge of data security and compliance.

Soft Skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Team‑oriented with a hands‑on mindset.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
