With over 3 GW of renewable projects (solar/BESS) built, we currently operate in 12 countries and have a development pipeline of 12 GW of solar and 14 GW of BESS capacity.Reporting to: Sr Project Development ManagerBased in: Roma, ItalyWhat will you do?Oversee all stages of solar project development, from land acquisition and permits to Ready-to-Build status, ensuring compliance with regulations and timelines.Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments to secure smooth project execution and timely payments.Optimize project layouts and coordinate closely with technical teams, ensuring cost-effective designs and production efficiency.Prepare, review, and lead applications for environmental and building permits, manage RFPs, and negotiate contracts for land, services, and interconnections.Monitor budgets, subcontractor performance, project schedules, and regulatory changes, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to company policies.What do we need?3-5 years of experience in power/renewable energy development, with knowledge of PV sector regulations and market policies.Degree in Engineering, Law, or Economics, with fluency in English and prior experience in the renewable energy industry.Apply critical thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and persuasion to effectively address problems and reconcile differences.Manage time efficiently for self and team, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.Utilize deductive and inductive reasoning to identify relationships and derive meaningful conclusions from diverse information.Strong communication skills in English and Italian.What do we offer?Career development in a leading international environment.Yearly bonus based on objectives.Ticket Restaurant.MetaSalute.Join a team of passionate and talented individuals making a positive impact in the world!If you are interested in the position and want to know more, apply to the link.
