OverviewWhat will your day look like?Manage all warehouse operations including inbound, picking (in Autostore), and outbound processes.Monitor the performance of Inbound and picking in Autostore, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.Manage the opening and closing procedures of the warehouse.Handle the hiring and termination process of warehouse employees.Control employee attendance, including resolving absence-related issues.Organize daily morning briefings (allocation of people on the shift).Supervise unloading, goods receipt, and tracking based on warehouse movements.Supervise proper execution of work procedures across departments and monitor operator performance.Report bugs and escalations, and communicate with other departments.Who are we looking for?English B2, Italian C1.5+ years of experience in the warehouse environment and minimum 2 years of experience in the shift/team leader position.Experience with automated warehouse systems is an advantage.Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate the team.Ability to delegate tasks and ensure efficient operations.Capability to handle conflict resolution and employee concerns.Strong organizational skills to plan and execute the shift effectively.Health and safety awareness, technical skills and problem solving ability.
