Discover your exciting rolesWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specials Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d) for our Data Center Business Unit in Milano, Italy.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesRegister and acknowledge receipt of all project enquiries and manage/monitor all commercial aspects of projectsDevelop and maintain accurate cost reporting /monitoring/forecastingIdentify areas of risk/scope and develop with the project teamManage and produce/take off Bill of Quants (BoQ)Lead procurement of subcontract works packages, review proposals with Designers and select/agree subcontractor enquiry listProduce monthly status report including items listed aboveOrganise and chair subcontract settlements and attend post tender/pre-qual interviews and report accordinglyProvide support in respect to legal/contract issues associated with the projectShow your expertiseStudies in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or other construction related subjectAt least 7 years of experience in a similar field of profession, especially within industrial build projects, ideally for Data CentersExperience of package negotiationComputer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel and OutlookClear and concise verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and logical skillsAble to work accurately with figuresContact InformationWould you like to become part of the Exyte team?
