AMIRI is looking for a charismatic Sales Supervisor for its retail store in Milan! The AMIRI Sales Supervisor is responsible for delivering quality client service, acting as a positive role model to the team, and assisting Management in their efforts to achieve store sales and maximize profitability through effective management and supervision of the store team. Duties of the Sales Supervisor at AMIRI include, but are not limited to:Achieving and exceeding individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including: Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADT).Maintaining a strong drive for results and a positive, team-first attitude at all times.Ensuring a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering top-tier service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and engaging clients through the craftsmanship and narratives of products.Partnering with store and corporate management teams to resolve client issues effectively for the benefit of the business.Participating in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed, in coordination with management.Assisting in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise upon request.Participating in inventory and cycle counts and protecting the boutique’s assets by understanding and complying with operating procedures.Serving as a Keyholder, responsible for opening and closing procedures.Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:At least 2 years of retail sales and/or client service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.Fluency in Italian and English is required.Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills to develop lasting relationships.A strong drive for business results combined with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.Outstanding customer service skills across all mediums (in-person, written, phone, etc.).Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete all business and client transactions.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment, such as answering phones, operating cash registers, and using computers.Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.Who We Are:Founded in 2014, AMIRI is a global luxury house based in Los Angeles.
