A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.What you will doThe resource reporting to Software Architect will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing main and user interface firmware for ovens, induction hob and dishwasher products.ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYVery good working experience in C language programming on 8/16/32 bit Microcontroller and ARM Cortex, preferable Microchip, ST and RenesasFirmware development on real time systems without operating systemKnowledge of low level registers, peripheral management, memory and interrupt handling, serial communication protocols, I2C, UART, SPI, LIN BUS, ...Touch management, calibration and performance optimizationAble to read and understand already existing code, even with missing specificationMaintenance of existing softwareReverse engineering starting from existing codeModule test and integration testingGIT framework knowledgeCompiler and debugger: Microchip, Keil, IAR, GCC, Renesas e2 Studio, GDBSoftware debugging on the system and on PCB: HW customization on PCB, electronic schematics analysis and use of oscilloscope, signal generator, external power supplySoftware release management & documentationsRe-engineer and maintain available source code for existing and new projects.What you need to succeedMust haveProfessional experience : firmware Engineer,with at least 5 years of embedded firmware development experience on 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers.Required knowledge of embedded systems, touch display technology, ability to write scalable and modular code both for lower and higher levels.
