Please ensure you apply with your personal email address.About the jobAs a VIE, you will actively contribute to the Italian Pharmacovigilance (PV) team and local organization through projects and daily collaboration, performing PV activities for Sanofi in Italy and Malta in accordance with local legislation and company guidelines.Join our Italian Pharmacovigilance (PV) team as a Pharmacovigilance Specialist and contribute to Sanofi's success by establishing and sharing knowledge of PV, including legal and company requirements, and maintaining good customer relations.Main responsibilities :Serve as the Pharmacovigilance Specialist for Sanofi products.Contribute to the maintenance of Pharmacovigilance Operating & Safety Management.Monitor incoming communication to detect, manage, and report Pharmacovigilance data promptly.Monitor Pharmacovigilance requirements for global, regional, and local programs.Identify issues or dysfunctions.Participate in education and training on Pharmacovigilance within the local organization and contribute to compliance metrics.Collaborate with in-country and regional teams to manage the Local Pharmacovigilance system effectively.About youExperience :Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position is highly preferred.Skills :Knowledge of international and national pharmacovigilance regulations and industry standards.Sense of urgency, especially regarding safety rules and procedures as per Quality Documents, Operational Manuals, and Guidance documents.Interpersonal skills: attention to detail, high accuracy, excellent organization, punctuality, diligence, ability to prioritize, and work under time pressure.Education :Master’s Degree in a scientific field (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Health Sciences, Veterinarian, Biologist, or similar).Languages :Excellent knowledge of English (medical terminology is an asset) and basic Italian understanding.Why choose us?iMove is a unique program for European youth seeking meaningful international assignments.
